Trainings & Supervision
Monique teaches clinicians how to bring earth-based and shamanic practices into psychotherapy—particularly alongside Internal Family Systems. She has co-led Earth-Based Psychotherapy for Trauma Healing at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health with Leslie Baker, LCSW (January 2024 and January 2025).
She also offers individual supervision and case consultation for therapists who want support with their clients and with integrating different models.
In her trainings, participants learn
- The basics of Internal Family Systems
- The properties of earth, water, fire and air, and how they can support healing
- How to recognize legacy burdens passed down through families
- How to bridge the narrative side of therapy with embodied practice
